HDPE Plastic Spiral Prestressed Corrugated Round Pipe Extrusion Line

HDPE Bridge Prestressed Corrugated Pipe Production Line and PE Plastic Spiral Corrugated Pipe Extruder Machine are key equipment for producing prestressed plastic corrugated pipes. Made of HDPE, these prestressed plastic corrugated pipes are mainly applied in post-tensioned prestressed cement structures and tie rod hole forming.
They boast excellent sealing performance, preventing water and slurry leakage, along with high ring stiffness, small friction parameters, aging resistance, electric erosion resistance, good flexibility and elasticity. Additionally, they are not easily chiseled by tamping rods and adopt a new connection method, facilitating easier construction connection. Their main applications include long-span tensioning projects such as highways, railways, bridges, slopes and high-rise buildings.
The production line consists of a single screw extruder, die head mold, forming machine, cutting machine, and either a winder system or a stacking machine. The product material is PE, with an optimal pipe diameter range of Φ40-250mm. The equipment features simple operation, good integrity, continuous and stable production, low noise, high efficiency and a long service life.
The spiral corrugated pipe products have a special spiral physical structure, which endows them with good mechanical properties, high compressive strength, and minimal deformation when buried. Their uniform inner spiral improves cable cooling efficiency and effectively safeguards cable safety.

Single screw extruder

The extruder using the special designed single screw making the product foaming well.Screw material: High quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding deepth: 0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940.

Extrusion die head

PE/PP carbon spiral tube molds usually consist of a die head, a core mold and a shaping sleeve. The die head is the key component that determines the shape and size of the tube material. It has a specific-shaped channel inside through which the molten material flows to form a spiral-shaped tube blank. The core mold is used to support the inner part of the tube blank, ensuring the accurate inner diameter size of the tube material. The shaping sleeve is used to cool and shape the freshly extruded tube blank, causing it to quickly solidify and obtain stable dimensions and shape.

Spiral cooling tank

Cooling method: Dependent on the spray system - 304 stainless steel spray heads (with a diameter of 1-2mm) are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the box. The cooling water is sprayed through a circulating water pump (with a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa) to be sprayed all over the surface of the pipe material, achieving a cooling efficiency that is over 30% higher than that of the traditional immersion method, and it can also prevent water marks from forming on the surface of the pipe material.

Hual-off machine

Traction Machine: It uses a crawler-type traction machine (two sets of crawler tracks, made of rubber to prevent damage to the pipes). The traction speed can be adjusted (1-5m/min, synchronized with the extrusion and winding speeds). The crawler speed is controlled by a servo motor to ensure stable traction tension (tension value 0.5-1.5kN), preventing the pipes from being stretched and deformed.
