High Speed Forming Machine 
Adopts high speed system with high precision modules and tracks. The track is fitted with a watercooling system,supporting operating speed of 10 to 30 meters per minute.Both watercooling and fancooling systems are equipped. 
The forming machine features a large cooling area for rapid temperature reduction,enabling higher production speed. Our machine has achieved 20 to 25 meters per minute in field tests
Mould Blocks 
Mould block material 40 Cr. Processed by CNC machining for high precision and long service life. 
Single cavity or double cavity designs are available per customer requirements. Customer logos can be engraved on moulds upon request.
Mould Advantages 
One mould supports two or three different sizes. Size change is realized by vertical movement of the forming machine without disassembly and reinstallation,saving more than two hours of operation time. 
Customer logos can be engraved directly on moulds to replace inkjet printers.

Pipe Winding Machine
